Recruitment Process:
The main purpose of the recruitment process of AGM Teknoloji Yatırım San. A.Ş. is to incorporate in our organization individuals who are compatible with our Human Resources Policy, who have the behavioral and professional knowledge and competencies required by the vacant positions in the organization, and who are innovative and open to teamwork and continuous self-development. The recruitment needs are met according to the annual business plans or in line with the current demands arising from the needs in our company. It is among the general principles to meet the need principally from the internal resources and then by using the external sources.
The applications made in line with the qualifications required by our positions needed are evaluated. The evaluation process differs depending on the positions. As a result of the interviews, assessments and reference researches conducted by the Human Resources Department and the relevant department, the candidates with all their processes resulting favorably are offered jobs. During our recruitment processes, our advertisements are published on the career portals, the career portals of the Peripheral Municipalities, dashboards and portals of İşKur and dashboards within the company.
Training and Development:
With the training activities, AGM Teknoloji Yatırım San. A.Ş. aims for positively changing and improving the working manner, behavioral competencies, habits and understanding of our employees in order to ensure that they can fulfill their duties more effectively or enhance their professional knowledge horizon for different duties that may arise in the future.
The training process starts with the “Orientation Program” implemented in order to facilitate the adaptation of our newly recruited employee to the job and the company and ensure that he or she shares the corporate culture and values as soon as possible. The purpose is to ensure that a new individual gets familiar with AGM Teknoloji within the orientation process and has confidence in the firm and provide him or her with work motivation. The continuous learning process continues with improving activities leading to outstanding performance and success.
For all trainings, programs that will contribute to an individual’s professional development and promote his or her career plans by taking into account the requirements of a job and the competencies of an employee. Our employees who want to study master of science are provided with the opportunity to take leave according to their work plans.
Internship Opportunities:
Each student who wants to do internship in our company can personally appear and fill in the Application Form or apply via our website. At the end of the relevant period, the application forms are grouped as per the internship/department preferences of students. The Human Resources Directorate selects the students from among its quota for which it has determined the number and occupational groups of students and qualifications to be required for students (knowledge, skills, foreign language, computer experience) as demanded according to the internship start periods.
